| Don't use the Orange or Agave. Use Stevia as the sweetener. Put a Tbsp. of coconut oil in the smoothie, as well. And try a Tbsp. of Chia seeds, too! |

| This diet is designed to cure Type II Diabetes. Please stay in Phase I - no fruits and no seeded vegetables like cucumbers, squash, peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, pickles, zucchini, etc. No grain products please. Then watch your sugars and reduce your insulin doses rapidly. |
